Atlas Stone, Lizard, Rope Climb (Reverse and Repeat)
I originally got this idea from another coach on YouTube he did the lizard crawl and the rope climb and then reversed both. He did them well. I got to thinking and my love for strongman practice came into the picture as I added the Atlas Stone in the sequence. Wow! This one is simple, effective and brutal. The goal is to do five rounds as unbroken as possible.
